• Monday and Wednesday Class, make sure you have your Ipad, paper, and pen/pencil for class on March 13 and 15, 2019.

• This Wednesday, March 6, 2019, the workout routine will be shorten to 15 minutes. The workout leaders for Monday will present their workout on Wednesday along with the regular scheduled workout leaders.
