Who will be the fitness instructor?
1. Be the fitness instructor for the day.
2. Find music for the workout routine (less words the better).
3. A. Mon. and Wed. class will need to compose a routine for 20 minutes minimum which does not include long breaks. It will be timed.
B. Tues. and Thurs. class will need to compose a routine for 10 minutes minimum for each partner which does not include breaks.   It will be timed.
4.  Due at the end of the presentation will be your workout routine (must be printed out).  Included in the routine will be the exercises and stretches (pictures when possible) with their names and title of the music.
