1.  WITH YOUR GROUP: Read Lesson 1 "Cells and Life," pages 214- 219 in the text book.  Practice taking notes in your science notebook. 2.   Use the diagonal sharrow to open "Organelle Notes for Model" 3.  WITH YOUR GROUP: Read Lesson 2 "The Cell," pages 223- 229 in the text book.  Fill in your "Organelle Notes." 2.  Open the link "Cell Organelle Resources." 3.  Choose a resource that will work best for you: reading, video, song, interactive, VR 4.  Use the variety of resources to continue researching the different organelles in plant and animal cells.  And more information and more details to your notes. 5.  COMPLETE notes for at least the 6 organelles highlighted in green (the entire row). It is expected that you use at least 2 resources to complete the notes for each organelle. (This research will be used to complete your upcoming assessment.  You will be asked to make a model of a cell that shows the parts of a cell and communicates the function of each organelle in your model.  You will also need to make a connection to which characteristic of life it helps the cell to perform.)
