  2. Most authors choose names for their characters that reflect that person's personality or perhaps give clues about that character. Look up the meaning (or historical significance) of Diana Moon Glampers, the Handicapper General. How does her name lend additional meaning to the character? Answer the question in a P-E-E-L paragraph. Highlight the section of each paragraph.
  3. Then create a campaign poster for the Handicapper General using the information you've learned and spoke about in your research and paragraph.
