Slight change of plan for our Wednesday cover lesson: instead of starting some context on TKAM, you will be continuing with 'Prayer Before Birth'.

Using '23.06.25 (lesson 1; single)', please annotate your copies of 'Prayer Before Birth' in full. I have also distributed the LitCharts for this ('LitCharts-prayer-before-birth') in case you want to supplement your notes – you can also use the LitCharts for further details on anything in the PowerPoint that feels unclear.

Remember, while we do want detailed notes, we also want the poem to be a manageable resource for future revision, so be aware of overcrowding/too much information.

Once you have annotated your copy of the poem, please work through the 'PBB worksheet'.

All files have been distributed into your '02. Exam Poetry' folders. If anyone was missing yesterday, feel free to either collect a printed copy from the Staff Room between now and the lesson, or use the digital version ('00. Prayer Before Birth Worksheet').
