Take this opportunity to ensure you are happy with the difference in the events of Mitosis (2.2) and Meiosis (4.4).

Ensure the following is in place for next week:

1) Your own personal revision notes are up to date in these two areas.

2) You are able to quickly sketch out the events of both processes in a diagram that shows the movement of two homologous pairs of chromosomes.

3) You are able to recall what the outcome of both events are in terms of the number and the type of cells produced.

This shouldn't take more than half an hour, assuming your revision notes are already in a pretty good state!
